Yes. SpotKept sends two-way SMS and email reminders in each patient's chosen language, with native Quebec French written by people — not machine translation. Patients reply to confirm or cancel in either language.
Is SpotKept compliant with Quebec's Law 25?
SpotKept hosts personal information in Canada, so clinics avoid a cross-border transfer assessment under Law 25. Consent is captured and timestamped for CASL, STOP/ARRÊT opt-outs are honoured automatically, and a signed data processing agreement is available.
Which systems does it connect to?
